East Coast Media and PA to offer new course
The Grimsby Institute of Further & Higher Education’s East Coast Media Centre and The Press Association are due to launch an exciting new Foundation Degree in Press Photography for September 2008.
The course is being offered to fulfil the industry’s need for graduating photographers who have essential skills specific to press photography, including video production, digital processing and how to operate on a pictures desk. Alongside practical skills, training on newspaper practice, law and public affairs will be delivered.
Students will use the highest standard of equipment and state of the art facilities as training is delivered at East Coast Media, which is part of the Nikon Academy network. The Press Association’s top professionals will deliver training on a regular basis alongside industry-experienced tutors.
