Cathal McNaughton wins Press Photographer of the Year
Congratulations to Cathal McNaughton, who won first prize in the Arts category at the Press Photographer's Year 2007 with his picture of Alice in Wonderland, Mrs Tiggywinkle and Peter Rabbit on a roof garden overlooking St Paul's Cathedral.
Cathal's photograph will be published in a book titled, The Press Photographer's Year. This will be launched at an accompanying exhibition in June at the Royal National Theatre in London.
The competition showcases the very best photography taken for and used by the UK media. Over 6,000 entries were submitted across 11 different categories.
